How can Therapy help you?

It can help you embark in a journey to obtain a maximum transformation, in the many areas of your life. It can help you explore how your past might be impacting your present and sabotaging your future. In my role as Psychotherapist, at times, I colaborate with other professionals, if needed, to find the best approach to assist you in your journey to your transformation.

This is where you uncover your resources, learn new skills, connect with the self, embark in self growth, get rid of introjects that are impacting your choices, and gain helpful insights to help you transforms your negative perceptions.

This is where you are empowered to deal with unresolved trauma, this is where you claim your power, this is where you desensitize yourself, gain self trust, experience a sense of safety, control, and develop healthy life patterns. This is where you transition from allowing unwanted feelings to control your life, to developing the mental strenght to disempower them, connect with your power, and move foward creating pleasant feelings that brings you joy and satisfaction.

As a woman myself,  I understand how important it is to find a listening ear, someone whom can help you explore a different perspective, points you in the right direction, and help you work on becoming a healthier, happier you.

If you are considering the posibility that perhaps there is more to life and you are in desperate need of expereriencing more, and increasing your day to day ease and joy, then you have come to the right place.  I commend you for your courage and assure you that my priority is that you feel comfortable, safe, and free of judgment. In our work together I will use the therapeutic approach that best meets your needs. My goal is to make you feel good from the moment we start our work, and with many of my clients I use the Bio-Acoustical Utilization Device, which allows me to help you erase traumatic memories and disturbing emotions in as little as our first session together. Further, eye movement and metaphors are an important conponent of my treatment modalities, to help you achieve your goals, something we’ll access, as our therapuetic realtionship develops.
